ABOUT CRAIG BLACK ITS PRESIDENT
Craig Black has a BS and an MA from Western Michigan University. He has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1979 and a licensed broker since 1984. He is a CCIM (certified commercial investment member) and formerly held the SRS designation (specialist in real estate securities; aka specialist in real estate investments) a designation which disappeared with the attrition of real estate limited partnerships.
Craig Black was instrumental in the formation of American Acquest, Inc. a multi-service real estate firm where he was the Executive Vice President. He also was a securities principal for their Broker Dealership which raised equities for the company’s limited partnerships. At American Acquest, in addition to the securities company, he oversaw the commercial loan division, property management division, real estate development, and had oversight of all commercial and residential sales & leasing managers, all which operated under associate brokers licenses which he held.
Craig Black has been President of the Property Management Association of West Michigan and the Michigan Real Estate and Securities and Syndication Institute. He holds a majority ownership interest in Landmark Development & Construction Management LLC and Landmark Realty Advisors Inc..

ABOUT RYAN BLACK
Ryan Black attended Hope College and Eastern Michigan University. He has been a licensed real estate salesperson for seven years and is a licensed builder in the state of Michigan.
Ryan has been involved in the conversion of a 180 unit apartment community into condominiums as well as having managed the sales and daily operations of the association and its condominium homes as a realtor associate under LANDMARK REALTY ADVISORS, INC.
Ryan coordinates the day-to-day business operations of LANDMARK DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT LLC, including accounting & tax matters, construction estimating, construction draws and other financial procedures relating to the completion of new homes. Ryan holds a residential builders license under LANDMARK DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT LLC.
During construction Ryan also works with new home customers in the selection of interior trim and finish packages (i.e. floor coverings, lighting & plumbing fixtures, as well as color schemes).
